AND PRIVATE AS POSSIBLE. Contact information will be available on the site

Employer Account may view contact information for Registered Members
(including first and last name, city, state, zip, telephone number, and
email address, as provided by the Member) who have chosen to post their resume on
the site; (b) Job Seekers may view contact
information for Registered Employers (including employer name, contact name, mailing
address, email address, phone number, and fax number, as provided by the Employer) who
have posted job opportunities on the site.

Opt-Out
In addition to the Newsletter, JavaJobs.com will occasionally
send promotional emails to members of its mailing lists. Individuals reserve
the right to opt out of these mailings at any time and can do so according to the
following:

(a) Registered Members can unselect the appropriate checkbox in the
Update Profile section of their Member Account.
